Wise words definitely wise words. I think that every day as I try to teach my heart not to be the leading organ in my entire spirit, body, and mind, i need to teach my tongue to say only words that will lift people up.
Matthew Chapters 5-7 (The Sermon on the Mount) basically talk about rules that God set down (in the form of Jesus) for everyone here to live by. "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Meaning if I put all my time and attention into relationships instead of God, my heart won't belong to the only one who deserves it. Make sense?
Tip of the Day: Hold your tongue if your statement is only going to drag somebody down. You would be amazed HOW FAR a single word of kindness or encouragement can take someone. You changing their lives drastically by just being kind will just make disciples that continue to pass on the word.
